These Booking and Service Terms are designed to help you understand how we work, what’s included in your trip, and how we protect your interests every step of the way.

Our friendly team will work with you to craft a personalized itinerary tailored to your interests, travel dates, and schedule. We can also suggest the best itinerary options based on the number of days you have, your arrival, and departure times, ensuring a seamless and memorable safari experience.
Once your trip is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation with all details and next steps.
Privacy and Data Protection Policy
At Season Master Adventures, your privacy and trust are very important to us. We are fully committed to keeping your personal information safe while ensuring a smooth and memorable travel experience.
Information We Collect When you book with us, we collect essential details to make your trip seamless, including your name, contact information, passport number, nationality, and flight details. Where relevant, we may also ask for health or dietary information to ensure your safety and comfort during the journey.
How We Use Your Information We use your information only to organize and deliver your travel experience, such as arranging park permits, hotel bookings, flight coordination, and activity reservations.
Information Sharing We share your details only with trusted partners directly involved in providing your booked services, for example, national parks, lodges, balloon operators, and transport providers. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data for marketing purposes.
Your Consent and Confidentiality By booking with Season Master Adventures, you consent to our use of your personal data strictly for operational purposes. We handle all information confidentially and only to make your travel experience seamless and enjoyable.
Data Security We use secure systems and limit access to authorized staff only. Your personal data is kept only as long as necessary to complete your booking or meet legal requirements.
Your Rights You have full control over your data. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@seasonmasteradventures.com.
Payment Policy
To secure your adventure with Season Master Adventures, we require a 20% deposit per booking. This deposit can be made in USD, Euro, or the equivalent in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
The remaining balance can be settled 14 days before your safari via bank transfer or card payment, or in cash upon arrival. For cash payments, we kindly request recently printed notes (USD or Euro, ideally from 2018 onwards) to ensure smooth processing.

Once the payment is received, your booking is fully confirmed, and we can begin preparing everything for your unforgettable Tanzanian adventure.
💡 Please note: Prices may vary due to changes in government park fees, exchange rates, or third-party supplier costs. Any corrections will be communicated before final confirmation.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make the process as simple and fair as possible. All cancellations should be submitted in writing (via email or letter) by the booking party leader.
We guarantee a full refund up to 24 hours before the tour, minus bank clearance charges and any costs already paid to our trusted service partners, such as national parks, game reserves, hotels, balloon operators, or transport providers.
While we always strive to deliver trips exactly as booked, there may be rare occasions when Season Master Adventures must cancel or suspend an activity due to unforeseen events, such as extreme weather, park closures, or any situation where, under reasonable doubt, the activity cannot be conducted safely. In such cases, we will work with you to offer an alternative date that suits your schedule or provide a full refund minus applicable bank clearance charges.
Our goal is to ensure your experience remains worry-free and enjoyable, even when plans need to change.
Sharing Your Adventure Memories
During your safari or activity, our experienced crew, including your guide or driver, will assist you in capturing photos and videos as you participate in the experience. These memories are meant to enhance your adventure and preserve the moments you cherish.
The photos and videos may be used by Season Master Adventures for the following purposes:
- Inspiration for future travelers: Showcasing the experiences, wildlife encounters, and destinations available to inspire others to explore Tanzania.
- Marketing and social media: Sharing on our website, social media platforms, or promotional materials to highlight the unique experiences we provide.
- Your personal enjoyment: All photos and videos will be shared with you after your safari so you can treasure your memories forever.
By joining a Season Master Adventures trip, you consent to the use of images and videos taken during your safari for the purposes above. We ensure all content is handled respectfully and professionally, highlighting the beauty of the experience while maintaining your privacy.
Opt-out option: If you prefer not to have your images used for promotion, simply let your guide or our office know, and we will fully respect your wishes.
Travel Insurance and Liability
At Season Master Adventures, we want your journey to be as safe, smooth, and enjoyable as possible. We strongly advise all travelers to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers unexpected events such as trip cancellations, delays, accidents, medical emergencies, lost or damaged belongings, and emergency evacuation.
Even though we partner with trusted, licensed, and professional service providers, travel and adventure activities naturally involve unpredictable situations. Having travel insurance gives you peace of mind so you can fully enjoy your safari or adventure, knowing you are protected from these unforeseen circumstances from the beginning to the end of your trip.
Complaints Handling and Resolution
At Season Master Adventures, we are dedicated to making your journey smooth, memorable, and enjoyable. If you encounter any issue during your trip, please let your driver-guide know or contact our office right away so we can address it promptly.
If a concern remains unresolved, you are welcome to submit a written complaint via our official email or by replying to your booking confirmation email within 14 days after your trip ends. Our management team will carefully review every concern and respond in a fair, respectful, and timely manner, ensuring your experience is valued and any issues are handled thoughtfully.
