Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania (Kilimanjaro International Airport / Arusha Airport)

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), you will be welcomed by a Season Master Adventures representative. After luggage collection, transfer to your hotel in Arusha, where your safari guide will provide a detailed briefing covering the itinerary, wildlife expectations, safety tips, and helpful safari advice. Spend the day relaxing and preparing for your safari adventure.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Karatu

Distance: 140 km | Drive Time: Approx. 3–4 hrs

Pick up from your hotel at 07:00 hrs and drive to Tarangire National Park. Explore the park on a full-day game drive, famous for its enormous elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, lions, leopards, giraffes, and more than 500 bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before transferring to your lodge in Karatu for overnight.

Day 3: Karatu – Northern Serengeti (Kogatende Area)

Distance: 280 km | Drive Time: Approx. 6–7 hrs

After breakfast, journey to the Northern Serengeti and Kogatende region, renowned for the spectacular river crossings of the Great Migration (July–October). Watch thousands of wildebeest and zebras move across the plains, closely followed by predators such as lions, cheetahs, and crocodiles. Arrive at your tented camp in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive.

Day 4: Full Day in Northern Serengeti (Kogatende Area)

Spend a full day exploring the Northern Serengeti. Your guide will take you to the best locations to witness the migration and predator-prey interactions. Morning and afternoon game drives offer excellent photography opportunities. Return to your camp for meals and overnight.

Day 5: Northern Serengeti – Central Serengeti

Distance: 160 km | Drive Time: Approx. 4–5 hrs

After breakfast, drive south toward the Central Serengeti (Seronera area). En route, enjoy game viewing across the plains. The Seronera region is rich in wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of herbivores. Afternoon game drive before transferring to your lodge or camp for overnight.

Day 6: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area – Karatu

Distance: 145 km | Drive Time: Approx. 4 hrs

Wake up early for a final morning game drive in the Serengeti. Depart toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descending into the crater for a once-in-a-lifetime wildlife experience. Spot the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard—alongside zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and over 500 bird species. After a picnic lunch, drive to Karatu for overnight.
